Ah my favorite time of year is almost upon us. I saw my first katydid leaf bug this afternoon and took a picture of it. I showed the picture of it to a friend of ours who teaches High School Biology and she told me to mark it on the calendar as the sighting of a katydid means 30 days until our first frost. That in turn reminded me that the busiest time of year for me is almost here: Fall Family Portraits!
I had the privilege of photographing Tara and her kids, her sister Erica and her kids, and their mother last month. Tara and her mom came in last Friday to view the proofs and these were a few of their favorites. They picked one out for Erica, as she was visiting from out of town, but thought she would love the image of her son and daughter. I had a great time working with this family and I hope these bring many enjoyable memories for them for years to come.Thank you Tara for commissioning me to create these pictures for you and your family!
